Geoffrey Reilly is a highly experienced C-Level Executive Director with over 25 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and corporate operational management across SEA and North America, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and the United States.
As Managing Director of ShareX Pty Ltd (AFSL 519872), the Compliance Licensee to Discovery Alert, Geoff ensures that the company adheres to the highest standards of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Geoff is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and an ASIC Key Person and Responsible Manager, holding a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University.
Since 2018, he has also served as the Managing Director of Longreach Advisory Group Pty Ltd, offering corporate advisory, directorship and fractional CFO services across Southeast Asia.
Recently, Geoff was the CEO of the State One Capital Group, where he successfully led the company to a takeover by PhillipCapital, a global financial powerhouse with over $65 billion in funds under management, where he now serves as an Executive Officer. In 2011 he co-founded and served as Executive Director of GMP Securities Australia Pty Ltd, establishing its Hong Kong and Beijing offices. Additionally, Geoff was the COO of Paterson’s Securities Limited and an Executive Director of HotCopper Holdings Limited, where he managed the company’s ASX listing and IPO launch in 2016.
